Your test kit will arrive in 2-5 days. It takes 5-10 minutes to do the test. Once you mail it back, it takes 2-5 days to reach the lab. 24-48 hours after it arrives in the lab, your results will be viewable.

After you order you will receive an invoice and emails including log in details, tracking numbers, when your results are ready.

If you are doing more complex testing such as our CBC test, then we use FedEx overnight to and from the lab.

Please note that delays due to USPS are completely out of our control. USPS has been deliberatly slowing mail and it’s been a great inconvinience to many business around the USA. You can read more about what is happening here.

Take your test around 8am (especially if testing cortisol) before eating for quality results and consistent tracking.
If you are performing a CBC, you are not required to fast.

The faster the better. Samples degrade over time. We suggest mailing back the same day or the following.

We recommend mailing your smaple out on Monday or Thursday. The lab is closed over the weekend. If you are mailing a CBC test back to us – it’s critical that you send it as instructed.

Your sample will stay good for up to 30 days at temperatures of 70-79 degrees fahrenheit. If you have something come up and you can’t mail it within a couple days – you can place it somewhere cool (like a fridge) to help preserve your sample.

Glucose is the first to degrade if a sample does break down due to delays. If it breaks down it will be reported as a TNP (test not performed).

No, however though we start you off on a quarterly testing schedule that you can cancel it at anytime – even after your first order.

The more information you have, the faster you or your doctor can detect the direction your health is moving and at what velocity. It also allows us to make better predictions to spot early onset disease.

Subscriptions cancellations will result in a fee if you have not kept your subscription for one year. This is to keep it fair for those purchasing tests in a “one-time” fashion. You can read more about our terms or service here.

If your test results come back out of range, it’s because they are significantly higher or lower than we are able to accurately measure. If this happens, we will notify you & give you recommendations on what to do.

In most cases, you didn’t collect enough or too much blood. Please review our instructions here.

If you didn’t do the test properly or took too long to mail it back, you will not be billed for the failed test and we can ship out another kit for $19

Tests can fail in two ways.

1. TNP – test not performed
2. OOR – out of range

Test not performed means that the lab was unable to accurately obtain a measurement of your sample. This can happen for due to:

1. Not enough sample
2. Too much sample
3. Hemolysis (broken blood cells) from squeezing your finger too hard.
4. Waiting too long to return your sample.

Out of range means that your sample was higher or lower than what our machines can accurately detect.

If your test is out of range, we will tell you whichbiomarkerand whether it was higher or lower than our reportable range.

If it is TNP we will provide you with a link to re-order your test kit. You do NOT need to pay for the entire test again. Only the kit cost, shipping and handling. For the majority of tests this is $19. For the CBC test it is $40.

The CBC is more expensive due to it needing FedEx overnight delivery.
